Christi MacNee has maintained a lifelong passion for health, wellness, fitness and exercise. Her "fitness roots" began as a runner in 1993 with expansion into weight training in 1994. She has been an AFAA certified personal trainer since 1999, a NESTA GEI (group exercise instructor) since 2008, in 2009 became an official Zumba® and Zumba® Toning Instructor and in 2010 a R.I.P.P.E.D. Master Instructor and dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional. T3 Fitness Energy's holistic approach to fitness is built on a philosophy of wellness integration -- mind, body, spirit and fun.
