Without it, your exercise program will fail and we cannot help you. So we have goals, too, and one is to provide you with the customized tools that you need to successfully keep your commitment to yourself. You will always have at MINIMUM two resources that will be helping guide you. This is our mission and promise. So...

Whether your are training for fat loss and muscle building. wanting to maintain what you have already worked hard for or training for some other special goal, the personalized support makes us different. Just ask any of our clients -- in fact, we encourage you to talk to them, too!

And because we are a company of choices, there are options for who you train with as well as where you train:

  1. If privacy and something away from a large gym atmosphere what you're looking for, you can train at our private fitness studio.
  2. If you like a small group environment, you can also train at our private fitness studio
  3. You and a friend, spouse, partner, neighbor, co-worker can train together.

Exercise is only one component of fat loss and muscle building. Eating nutritiously is more than half the challenge. Here are just a few tips:

  • Keep a food journal. Studies show that people who keep a food journal lose twice as much body fat.
  • Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Low in fat and great source of vitamins, nutrients and fiber.
  • Portion control! Eat on smaller plates and don't go back for seconds and thirds.
  • Consume healthy dairy products (unless you are lactose intolerant).
  • Choose lean, low-fat meats.
  • Eat healthy carbs. Include whole grain choices, too.
  • Eat small meals throughout each day. A significant fat loss strategy! Deprivation will only sabotage your program and works against you.
  • Focus on nutrient density vs. empty calories (or sugar).
