"My husband and I have been working with Christi MacNee for 6 months now and we've really enjoyed our personal training experience. When we started out, Christi was very thorough in her assessment of us.She reviewed our starting weight and measurements, eating habits, health history, and lifestyle. She then put a custom tailored program together for each of us and reviews our progress monthly. It's been fun to track our success!
Along the way, Christi has introduced a variety of programs to us -- Yoga, Zumba, and now Ripped. She has even worked a little with our youngest daughter, teaching her the importance of health and fitness. She's been a great source of information for all of our healthy lifestyle needs.
What has really impressed me about Christi is that she is very in tune with each of her clients. We are not all put through the same cookie-cutter program. She offers a lot of variety in her exercise programs, which is great for those of us who get bored easily. She puts her clients through a pace that their bodies can handle; teaches us stretching techniques, and, even custom tailors a week long program for those clients traveling on business or vacation. She's a great motivator and holds us accountable. She even stays in touch with us over email when we are trying to stay fit on the road!
I would recommend Christi to anyone, regardless of your fitness level. She's worked with those of us new to weight training as well as atheletes looking to take it to the next level. She's also a great role model as she sets goals for her own fitness accomplishments in training for marathons.
It's been fun training together with my husband. With Christi's help, we are both reaching our individual goals -- he's lost 15 pounds, slimmed his core, and built up his muscle mass, while I am increasing my strength and toning my body all over. It's great to get that confidence back when jumping into a swim suit for the summer!"

“My name is Caroline and I am 35. I have struggled with my weight since childhood. The last time I can remember being at a healthy weight was in high school. I am a single mom, nurse, and full-time student so I am busy just like everyone else. My weight continued to creep up over the last several years. I felt unmotivated and helpless because of the large amount of weight I need to lose. In the past, I have tried numerous diets and worked out independently. Working out on my own never seemed to work because some days I would exercise and many days I found excuses not to exercise. I became the girl who hated exercise and if I did exercise I would go for a walk and count the minutes until it is over. I knew if I wanted to truly make a change I needed help. I heard about Zumba from a lady at Weight Watchers and it sparked my attention. Immediately after Weight Watchers, I went home and looked up Zumba online and went to the next class. I started with Zumba and now I am also enjoying yoga and especially the personal training. Christi (my personal trainer) is amazing and I have learned a tremendous amount of knowledge from her about exercise and nutrition. Her continual support and motivation is a blessing. I went from no exercise to exercising 6 days a week. Since I started personal training I have lost more than 27 inches in the last 10 weeks. I have more energy and confidence than I have had in a long time. I feel amazing and I never thought I would say this, but I love exercise!!

"I started Zumba classes a little more than two months ago and now I am definitely addicted to it! Since starting I have lost 15 pounds (down from 144 lbs to 129 lbs) and I have noticed my whole body changing. My arms and legs are more toned and defined! I used to wear a size 10 and now I am a size 2/4! The classes are rewarding, fun, and energizing. I love going to different classes throughout the week because all the enthusiastic instructors have their own unique style, way of teaching, and musical tastes! I have been telling everyone I know to join the dance party! I love Zumba and can't get enough of the dancing, sweating fun!"

"I'm so happy that I have joined Christi MacNee's boot camp. It is totally affordable with great promotions. It is my first time doing a class along with other people and a trainer. I usually would do an in-home workout tape or walk and run around the blocks of my neighborhood or a park. So I thought I would be intimidated, but everyone is completely welcoming and friendly. The obligation to Christi I made by setting an appointment, I thought I would rely on to keep me going and help me to make a commitment.
