BEGINNING SUNDAY, DECEMBER 13TH!
Riverside Yin Yoga
Include yoga as part of your fitness journey.
“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.” Jason Crandell jasonyoga.com
The restorative nature of Yin Yoga is a perfect balance with a strength and conditioning program as it works to improve flexibility, deeper ranges of motion, core strength and increased flow of energy. With this practice, you will not be performing extremely complex and complicated yoga postures. However, this class is not recommended for people with hip or knee injuries. It's a slow deep stretch yoga. And as always, yoga is about paying attention to your body and its strengths and perhaps weaknesses and doing what you can do on that specific day.
About Your Yin Yoga Instructor, Rosa

since 2004. She received her certification from the Southern California School of Massage. Her passion for wellness led Rosa to receiving her Yoga certification in 2009 while studying under the guidance of Scott Miller at The Western Yoga College in Riverside, CA. Scott studied directly with Ashtanga master Pattabhi Jois, Iyengar master Lisa Walford, Yin Yoga master Paul Grilley and Kundalini master Harijivan.
