We've added some fantastic fat burning, muscle building classes. In order to keep progressing, not reach plateaus, and eliminate boredom, your body needs to feel a "challenging change up.” Here it is!
► TOTAL Body Conditioning Class with Bre This class incorporates all aspects of fitness in 1-hour to give you optimal calorie burn. Expect cardio, strength and core unlike anything we've offered in the past. There will be sweat, there will be tears of joy and tears of "OMG! I can't believe I'm doing/have done this!" You WILL have a BLAST! Guaranteed fresh music, lots of fun and the class changes every week. Note: This class is for EVERY fitness level. Modifications offered at every class.
► KICK**ABS Class with Christi (Yes, we got her back!) This class consists of exercise formats that Christi has designed including 20-25 minutes of abs which will be integrated with a few sections of RIPPED kick-boxing segments. Again, unlike anything we've offered in the past with totally fresh music, calorie burn, nutrition guidance and just like the new Total Body Conditioning class, this class also includes assessments every 8 weeks. For those of you who don't know Christi, she was the founder of T3 Fitness Energy in 2008 and is a certified personal trainer. She has amazing energy, a fun personality and will offer an amazing class that will deliver success...and fun. What more could you want?!
