 We've added some fantastic fat burning, muscle building classes. In order to keep progressing, not reach plateaus, and eliminate boredom, your body needs to feel a "challenging change up.” Here it is!

► TOTAL Body Conditioning Class with Bre
    Beginning January 17th, Tuesday nights at 7PM. This class incorporates all aspects of fitness in 1-hour to give you optimal calorie burn. Expect cardio, strength and core unlike anything we've offered in the past. There will be sweat, there will be tears of joy and tears of "OMG! I can't believe I'm doing/have done this!" You WILL have a BLAST! Guaranteed fresh music, lots of fun and the class changes every week. Note: This class is for EVERY fitness level. Modifications offered at every class. This class replaces the Tuesday night, 6:45PM Zumba class. Assessments every 8 weeks and nutrition guidance are included with this class.

► KICK**ABS Class with Christi  (Yes, we got her back!)
  Beginning January 18th,Wednesday nights at 6PM. This class consists of exercise formats that Christi has designed including 20-25 minutes of abs which will be integrated with a few sections of RIPPED kick-boxing segments. Again, unlike anything we've offered in the past with totally fresh music, calorie burn, nutrition guidance and just like the new Total Body Conditioning class, this class also includes assessments every 8 weeks. For those of you who don't know Christi, she was the founder of T3 Fitness Energy in 2008 and is a certified personal trainer. She has amazing energy, a fun personality and will offer an amazing class that will deliver success...and fun. What more could you want?! Note: This class replaces the Wednesday night, 6PM RIPPED class.

►Power Yoga with Jessica. 
Beginning January 21st, Saturdays at 10:15AM. This class is up tempo set to familiar music and emphasizes cardio, strength and flexibility. It’s a challenging practice with athletic movements that energetically flow from one posture to the next with some meditation. Is Power Yoga for you? It will appeal to those who enjoy exercising and are looking for a different type of physical challenge. Note: It will replace the Saturday morning, 10AM Zumba class.

►ZUMBA with Danika.  
Danika Egizi, our newest Zumba instructor, will be taking over Monday nights at 7:10PM. She has new moves, great music and TONS of energy!
